1. What Upside is

Upside is a market data and analysis project by Pandobit: prices and market data, model-based probabilities and signals, AI-summarised news and a public verification record for gold, foreign exchange, crypto, Vietnam stocks and US stocks.

2. Information only

Everything on Upside is provided for information. You are responsible for your own decisions. The limits of forecasts, signals, AI content and third-party data are described in detail on the Disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may read Upside, share links and quote short passages with clear attribution. You may not:

• Scrape the site at a volume that overloads it or exceeds access limits.
• Copy, resell or redistribute Upside data, forecasts or articles, or use them to build a competing service, without Pandobit’s written permission.
• Interfere with, probe or bypass the security of the site and app.
• Use Upside for unlawful purposes or to spread misleading market information.

4. Accounts

Upside accounts are by invitation only. Keep your password and two-factor codes secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. Pandobit may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, articles, forecasts and data presentation on Upside belong to Pandobit. Market data belongs to its providers; news belongs to the original publishers, and Upside only shows headlines, summaries and links to the original articles.

6. AI-generated content

Part of the content (news summaries, commentary, analysis, keywords) is written by AI. Numbers are checked automatically against the source data, but AI content can still be wrong or incomplete.

7. Accuracy and availability

Data may be delayed, wrong or interrupted. Upside is provided as is, without any promise that it is always accurate, complete or available. Pandobit may change, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pandobit is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use Upside, including decisions based on Upside content.

9. Third-party links and services

Upside links to original publishers, Telegram, Zalo and other sites. Those sites and services have their own terms and policies, and Pandobit is not responsible for their content.

10. Changes to these terms

Pandobit may update these terms. When something important changes, the date at the top of this page is updated and you are asked to agree again on your next visit.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Vietnam.
