Phuong Dong Bank (HOSE: OCB) has appointed Mr. Duong Duc Hung as General Director effective Oct. 26, 2026, citing his more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance. In the same round, Mr. Chris Shayan, an expert in technology and artificial intelligence (AI), was appointed Executive Director in charge of digital transformation and retail business development. Chairman Trinh Van Tuan said the changes aim to strengthen management capacity for the bank's next growth phase, which has more than 7,000 staff.
