Ardagh Metal Packaging reported third-quarter revenue of $1,694 million, up 19% on higher pass-through input costs and favorable volume and mix, and adjusted EBITDA of $213 million, up 2%. It raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $785–$795 million, with European adjusted EBITDA up 11% to $91 million, while Americas fell 3% to $122 million on lower volume. Global beverage can shipments grew 2%, with Europe up 6% but Brazil down 5% due to a contract reset and customer mix. Management is adding two production lines in the UK and Spain to address tight European capacity and lifted 2027 growth capital expenditure to $250 million.
