Salesforce (CRM) is strengthening its enterprise data business through Informatica, which contributed $456 million to revenue in fiscal Q2 2027, including $440 million from subscription and support. Salesforce's total quarterly revenue reached $11.3 billion, up 11% year over year, while subscription and support revenue rose 12% to $10.8 billion. Combined annual recurring revenue from Agentforce and Data 360, including Informatica Cloud, reached nearly $3.9 billion, up more than 210%, highlighting rising demand for enterprise data and AI. Rivals Microsoft and Oracle are also competing in data management: Microsoft's Azure and other cloud revenues rose 43% and it had over 40,000 paid Fabric customers, while Oracle's Cloud Applications revenue reached $4.2 billion, up 10%.
