Fulton Financial reported third-quarter 2026 net income available to common shareholders of $114.1 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, up $0.07 per share from the second quarter, and operating net income of $119.8 million, or $0.62 per diluted share. For the first nine months, net income was $306.1 million ($1.62 per diluted share) and operating net income was $335.3 million ($1.77 per diluted share). Net interest margin was 3.58%, a decline of two basis points from the prior quarter, while non-interest expense fell $12.4 million to $218.5 million from $231.0 million.
