Hop-on, Inc. (OTCID: HPNN) said its subsidiary Digitalage, Inc. is targeting a full commercial launch in the United States, Canada and Mexico before the end of 2026. Its iOS app has been approved for App Store distribution, while the Android app is in Google Play closed testing. Digitalage is adding content to its library and continuing to onboard creators and users. The plan includes an expanded creator Alpha in November and a broader Beta in early December to validate the full workflow, from live broadcasts and viewer purchases to replays and creator settlement. Under the Live Pass model, creators are intended to receive 85% of defined net proceeds and Digitalage 15%, but as of October 21 the company had not made any creator payouts.
