U.S. renewable fuels company XCF Global (NASDAQ: SAFX) outlined its strategy after completing its business combination with Southern Energy Renewables and DevvStream, built around three pillars: Scale, Integrate and Deliver. In September, its New Rise Renewables Reno unit generated more than $12 million in gross product sales, shipped about 1.4 million gallons of renewable diesel, and raised daily output to about 85,000 gallons per day by month-end. Southern now operates as XCF Tech Ventures, adding feedstock and fuel technology, while DevvStream operates as XCF Carbon Solutions to monetize fuel-linked environmental attributes such as RINs, LCFS credits and 45Z tax credits, as well as carbon credits including CORSIA-eligible credits and I-RECs. The flagship Reno facility has a permitted nameplate capacity of up to 38 million gallons per year, and XCF is evaluating expansion opportunities in Nevada, North Carolina and Florida, subject to feasibility, financing, regulatory approvals and market conditions.
