- VPBankS Finalizes 45% Bonus Share Plan, Lifting Charter Capital Past USD 1 Billion
VPBankS has sought shareholder approval for a bonus share issuance at a 45% ratio, funded from share premium as of 31 December 2025. Shareholders holding 100 shares would receive 45 new shares, with 843.75 million shares issued at a total par value of VND 8,437.5 billion. If approved, charter capital would rise from VND 18,750 billion to VND 27,187.5 billion, more than USD 1 billion.
