The State Securities Commission's Inspectorate fined G.C Food JSC (GCF) a total of 425 million dong for incomplete disclosures, misstated after-tax profit figures in its financial statements, and late publication of several documents, including director candidate information and a BIDV loan agreement. Saigon Transport Service JSC (STS) was fined 162.5 million dong under a decision dated October 20, 2026, for late disclosure of its audited 2024 consolidated financial statements, its 2024 annual report, and a notice that it does not meet public company criteria. Both cases involve violations of securities information disclosure rules.

The State Securities Commission (UBCKNN) fined three companies listed on UPCoM on October 19 and 20, 2026. TID was fined 92.5 million VND for late disclosure of semi-annual financial statements and general meeting documents, while STS was fined 162.5 million VND for disclosure failures related to its 2024 financial statements and public company status. GCF received total fines of 425 million VND, with the heaviest penalty (175 million VND) for disclosing profit-after-tax figures that did not match between quarterly and reviewed or audited statements; for example, its consolidated H1 2026 profit after tax was over 51 billion VND in the Q2 report but nearly 32 billion VND after review. Other GCF violations included late disclosure of board candidate information for the 2026-2031 term and failure to report a change in capital use plan.

Bank of America Corporation has published a supplementary prospectus dated 15 October 2026, approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, which supplements its Base Prospectus dated May 13, 2026 for the U.S.$85,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Program. Regulators stressed that complete and timely disclosure helps investors and bondholders assess the companies' financial health and ability to meet their obligations.
