- FuboTV’s (FUBO) Strategic Plan to Turn Streaming Distribution into Durable Free Cash Flow
In its Q3 2026 investor letter, White Brook Capital said it owns FuboTV (NYSE:FUBO), a sports-first live TV streaming service. FUBO closed at $8.12 on October 21, 2026, with a $245.25 million market capitalization, down 73.15% year to date and trading within a 52-week range of $7.85 to $52.68; trailing twelve-month revenue was $4.90 billion. According to the letter, Disney combined Hulu + Live TV with FuboTV in October 2025 and took an approximately 70% interest in the combined operations, and Alisa Bowen, previously president of Disney+, became CEO in July of this year. The added scale helps spread operating costs and strengthens the company's ability to sell advertising, as Disney's ad infrastructure is now integrated and management reports better use of ad space and higher ad prices. The fund believes these improvements can make the existing subscriber base more profitable without requiring rapid subscriber growth.
