PNJ will ask shareholders at its extraordinary general meeting on 21/10 to approve a revised 2026 plan targeting revenue of 39,057 billion dong, up 10% from 2025, after setting aside 7,071 billion dong in provisions for possible losses from its trade-in policy. Planned proceeds would be split 60% for business strategy, 20% for working capital and 20% for financial obligations, while PNJ plans to close 25–30 underperforming stores. Board member Đào Trung Kiên has also submitted a resignation to focus on a senior strategy and operations role.
