Reckoner BBB-B CLO ETF (RCLO) marked its first anniversary after launching on October 22, 2025, returning 6.21% on an NAV basis and 6.61% on a market price basis through September 30, 2026. That compares with 6.46% for its benchmark, the J.P. Morgan CLO High Quality Mezzanine Index, over the same period. The actively managed fund invests mainly in BBB- and BB-rated CLO mezzanine tranches, which the firm says have historically offered higher yield and lower price volatility. RCLO had a 7.13% 30-day SEC yield as of September 30, 2026, the highest in its BBB-B CLO ETF peer group. CEO John Kim noted that CLO ETFs have surpassed $50 billion in AUM, but most of those assets sit in AAA tranches.
