CTCP Tư vấn Xây dựng điện 3 (TV3) announced that Nguyễn Như Hoàng Tuấn, Chairman of the Board, Lạc Thái Phước, General Director, and Phạm Hoàng Vinh, Chief Accountant, were removed from their positions effective October 15, 2026. All three face criminal charges over a case involving EVNNPT, PC1 Group and related units, with 48 suspects according to the Ministry of Public Security’s October 1 announcement, which did not specify charges for each TV3 executive. The board will propose that an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on November 5, 2026 remove Tuấn and Phước as board members and elect one additional member. The board also approved 22 contracts signed in Q3 2026 worth VND 114.4 billion and approved about 22 more contracts in Q4, estimated at VND 100 billion.
