Emerald Wealth Partners' Growth Equity Strategy exited its Uber Technologies position, as stated in its Q3 2026 investor letter. On October 15, 2026, Uber closed at $71.27 per share, a market capitalization of $145.57 billion, after returning 1.09% over the past month and losing 22.78% over 52 weeks. • Janus Henderson, Centrifuge launch tokenized Nasdaq-100 fund on Stellar

Asset manager Janus Henderson and tokenization platform Centrifuge launched JQQQ, a blockchain-based fund on Stellar tracking the Nasdaq-100 for eligible non-US investors with a $100,000 minimum investment. The fund gives indirect exposure through a segregated portfolio of a British Virgin Islands investment company rather than owning the underlying stocks. The launch extends Janus Henderson's onchain offerings beyond US Treasurys and structured credit into equity-index exposure, with institutional onchain strategies now exceeding $1 billion. Stellar holds about $3.8 billion in tokenized assets, ranking behind Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana, while its native token XLM has fallen about 16% year to date to near $0.17.

  • Federated Hermes joins Wall Street's tokenization push with plans for first onchain fund shares

Federated Hermes, a Pittsburgh-based investment manager overseeing $911 billion in assets, plans to issue its first tokenized fund share classes in early 2027 and is partnering with Prometheum to make them available through brokerages and financial advisers. Unlike past arrangements in which third parties tokenized its products, the firm intends to issue the tokenized shares itself, with money market funds as a likely starting point, according to digital asset director Kevin Barr. Prometheum will provide regulated brokerage, custody and clearing services, and Barr said access, rather than blockchain technology, has been a main barrier to adoption. The move follows BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, JPMorgan and New York Life, and Citi projects the tokenized securities market could reach $5.5 trillion by 2030.
